The RKE question: the international standard frequency is either 300 mHz or 430 mHz. (or thereabouts.)
This doesnt matter all that much however, because the RKE generates a pulse train which the receiver decodes. The pulse train is specific to the car. So one has to have the code generator which matches the code receiver, as well as the the transmit frequency being the same.
